Description
Thin Film Ceramic Band Pass Filters
Features
High K thin-film ceramic filters are created by integrating inductors, capacitors, and metal traces onto a high-dielectric constant ceramic substrate using semiconductor processes such as sputtering, photolithography, and electroplating. This type of filter offers the following advantages:
High Integration & Small Size: The volume is reduced by 40% compared to traditional Al₂O₃ ceramic filters.
Excellent Temperature Stability: It can achieve zero temperature drift.
Suitable for Bonding: Ideal for multi-chip interconnection and integration.
Applications
High K Ceramic Band-Pass Filters are highly integrated and stable components suitable for a wide range of demanding applications where size, performance, and reliability are critical.
Wireless Communication: Essential for filtering signals in compact devices and high-density wireless systems, including 5G base stations, Wi-Fi routers, and mobile communications.
Aerospace & Defense: Ideal for use in radar systems, electronic warfare, and satellite communication equipment due to their excellent temperature stability and high reliability.
Test & Measurement Equipment: Ensures signal integrity and accuracy in precision instruments where high Q and low insertion loss are required.
Microwave & Millimeter-Wave Systems: Provides a compact, high-performance solution for signal conditioning and filtering in advanced microwave and millimeter-wave circuits.
